I Just Placed An Order, How Long Will It Take?
Thank you for your order! Processing times for orders are posted on all of our Miners individual pages. Typically orders take anywhere from 8 to 20 Business Days to complete before shipping, not including holidays or weekends. Once your miner has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.
Because of component shortages due to computer component manufacturers not being able to keep up with the recent mining demand for their products, your order may experience a delay as our suppliers are notified by the manufacturers that they are out of stock or back-ordering our inventory. Because this is out of our hands we can only provide updates as they become available.
We are working around the clock to get all orders configured, tested and shipped out to our customers and will keep order status's updated through email. We appreciate your patience.

Can MiningTEK Host My Miner For Me?
This has been a question that has been asked frequently with customers. We do currently offer hosting services where we will host your miner that was ordered in our Mining Farm where it is secure and maintenanced by our team. This helps customers that do not have the space or want to have a miner running in their home or office. We would place your miner in our Mining Farm which is a secure facility and make sure it's mining for you without any issues. If any maintenance or updates were required, we would perform these automatically which is another added benefit, where as if a component failed or there was an issue we wouldn't be able to troubleshoot the problem as easily with a miner that was shipped.

Why Do I Want to Mine with a GPU Miner versus a Bitcoin Miner?
The advantage of buying a GPU Rig instead of a Bitcoin Miner such as the Bitmain Antminer S9 is that the GPU Miner allows you to mine Altcoins, such as Ethereum, Monero, Expanse, and many more. These are considerably easier to mine with a GPU Rig compared to mining Bitcoin with a Bitcoin Rig and Mining Software is able to automatically pay you in Bitcoin when mining these valued Altcoins using Nicehash Mining Software. You also have the option to mine the Altcoins such as Ethereum, Monero, Ubiq Coin and more directly to your wallet if you prefer this option instead of being paid weekly in Bitcoin, however the Antminer S9 mines more Bitcoin than using a GPU Miner with the Nicehash option.

Can You Configure My GPU Rig so That I Just Turn It On and It Works?
Yes, one of the advantages of purchasing our miners is that if you prefer, we offer custom built Rigs with your wallet already setup in the configuration file.
This makes our rigs turn-key in that you can open the box, plug it in, connect an ethernet cord or wifi adapter and within minutes you are mining to your wallet.
This is ideal for individuals who are new to mining and would like their systems setup so they can power up the rig and start mining immediately without having to configure the hardware the mining software.

How Long Will It Take for the Miner to Pay for Itself / ROI ?
This depends on many factors including the coin you choose, the amount of hashpower that your rig has when purchased and more. Most of our rigs will ROI in under a year and as new other Altcoins increase in value the ROI also increases. For example Ethereum has tripled in value over the past 6 months and other Altcoins such as Ubiq Coin gone from $.16 (May 2017) to $2.92 (August 2017) or Ethereum that has gone from $11 per coin (Feb. 2017) to over $440 (Dec. 2017). Customers will also use their Bitcoin from mining to purchase these Altcoins in exchanges to generate increased ROI.

What Crypto Exchanges / Wallets Do You Suggest?
You are welcome to use any exchange you'd like that accepts the Altcoin you are mining. For most Altcoins, popular exchanges include Poloniex or Kraken. For Cryptonote coins like Monero, Bytecoin and such there is HitBTC.
For sending funds from an exchange to a wallet, we suggest using an online wallet such as Coinbase which allows you to withdraw to your regular / fiat bank account. We also suggest GDAX, the lowest fee exchange for your top Altcoin trading at .05% instead of the usual 1% fee. Note that these fees may change over time and to please look review these crypto currency wallets/exchanges. Keep in mind most Altcoins will have their own wallets where you may have to download their wallet software for mined Altcoins to be transferred to, otherwise if you wish to receive Bitcoin the Nicehash Software will mine the highest value Altcoin's and pay you weekly in Bitcoin to your Bitcoin Wallet.

This is one of the fastest transaction methods available and helps expedite your order. Crypto currency only accepted for all international orders.
AmazonPayment (Recommended, 2-5 business days to complete)
Payments made through AmazonPayments are fast and secure. Simply check the AmazonPayment logo during checkout, login with your amazon account, and complete your payment. A notification email will be sent that your order is being processed and we will keep you updated as well. We are not accepting Amazon Payment for international orders.
Secure Bank Transfer (Recommended, 2-5 business days to complete)
Secure Bank Transfers are also accepted, however this is often not a quick method of payment and may take a few days for the transaction to be completed. Once the payment has cleared we will send a confirmation email that your payment was received and begin processing your order. Secure Bank Transfers accepted for all international orders.
PayPal - We no longer are accepting PayPal as a form of payment.
We have had to stop accepting PayPal as a form of payment due to fraudulent purchases where "would be customers" have purchased miners and after receiving their items have filed disputes without there actually being a problem and through the use of mail fraud they will fake a return in order to receive an automatic refund through PayPal. Due to PayPal's lack of investigating fraud as well as relying on an honor code with all buyers that use their service, we have chosen to stop accepting PayPal all together and direct customers to anyone of the other payment options we have available. We will also require a copy of a drivers license or ID as well as a copy of the credit card used to reduce any fraudulent ordering.

Yes, we offer discounts on bulk purchases, please contact us via the support form or at sales@miningtek.com with the details on what you'd like to do / how many of which product etc. We also offer discounts for orders paid via Bitcoin.
