No refunds will be given. A 90-day warranty is provided starting from the shipping date. Defective miners under warranty can be repaired free of charge under the warranty policy. Customers will have to contact the component manufacturers for any component related issues outside of the 90-day warranty since components are covered under their individual manufacturer warranty. To warranty return your miner within MiningTEK LLC's supplied 90 day warranty, the miner must be new, unaltered, undamaged and in its original packaging including all the accessories and cables. Warranty returns can ONLY be exchanged for the another item(s). MiningTEK LLC does not accept returned items that have been damaged due to shipping or other means outside of MiningTEK LLC's handling. MiningTEK LLC is not responsible for damages or loss due to shipping carrier as also outlined in the Sales Terms & Conditions agreed upon during purchase. Overall Warranty Return GuidelinesThese are MiningTEK LLC's Overall Warranty Return Guidelines applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the MiningTEK LLC website. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply. If you complete a purchase and wish to cancel it, contact the MiningTEK RMA Department at Sales@miningtek.com. Custom or Rush orders being processed that were requested by the customer involving increased graphics cards (GPU) capacity, custom components (Motherboard, Power Supply, Etc.) and orders made specific for the customers request outside of the normal order process featured on MiningTEK LLC's site are not subject for cancellation. All product warranty returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Before returning a product, please, first contact MiningTEK LLC customer service and obtain a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number before the end of the applicable return period. MiningTEK LLC will not accept warranty/defective component returns without a RMA number. You may obtain a warranty RMA number by contacting MiningTEK LLC RMA Department at Support@miningtek.com. You must ship the product to MiningTEK LLC within ( 4 ) days of the date that MiningTEK LLC issues the warranty Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) and follow these steps:
• Ship back all products you are seeking to return to MiningTEK LLC and for which you received a RMA number.
• For warranty returns , the item must be new, unaltered, undamaged and in its original packaging including all the accessories, cables, media, documentation and any other items that were included in your original shipment.
• Ship the products at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.The buyer will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Purchases can be exchanged for another item(s), or a refund. Shipping will not be refundable on cancellations where the order has already been shipped. For product warranty returns shipped after the allowable 4 day RMA return time frame, MiningTEK LLC reserves the right to not accept the return of the product and will reroute the item back to the customer. For RMA returns shipped after the 4 day return period will be handled on a case-by-case basis as there may be special circumstances as to why the customer was unable to ship the product with supplied RMA within the allowable 4 day period. Damaged items caused by shipping carrier or due to mishandling by customer may be resolved through MiningTEK LLC on a case-by-case basis at MiningTEK LLC's sole discretion with refurbished, lightly used or equivalent components, this does not include a 90 day warranty from ship date. Upon receipt of your return, MiningTEK LLC will notify of updates to the warranty return and estimated return date. Note: Before you warranty return the product to MiningTEK LLC, make sure to back up any data on the hard drive(s) and on any other storage device in the product. Remove any and all confidential, proprietary and personal information as well as removable media such as flash drives, CDs and PC Cards. MiningTEK LLC is not responsible for any confidential, proprietary or personal information; lost or corrupted data; or damaged or lost removable media that may be included with your return. We recommend that you ship return merchandise via USPS with tracking, signature confirmation and that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. MiningTEK LLC will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return/exchange packages are damaged, lost, stolen, or mishandled.
